The extra six thousand pennies? The fee goes from $67 to $127 with the expedited service. People are having trouble with expedited service as well. Passport Services has a haphazard processing system that is hurting travelers.

But if you are a US citizen, the US still prohibits you from entering or leaving on a passport that is something other than a US passport.
