Have been closely following UA and CO on FT as I need a second major carrier to "diversify" my investment.....as a 2MM on AA that's #1 but I want a solid product for backup....upgrades important but probably more important is reliability and some good pricing.....on FT of those 2 there appears more complaints about service with UA (trade off seems more upgrades especially internationally) but CO seems to come out on top....any thoughts and again thanks to FT as it seems invaluable!
