To answer your question, yes.

You cannot mix booking classes between passengers on the same flight segments, but you can use different booking classes (and/ord tickets) for different parts of the itineraries. It may need a call to reservations (and a fee as weel for that call) to set up different pricing fields for the different legs...I'm not sure of the .com functionality for this.
