This says it all about UA. As the article states, UA has the worst customer service in the industry and, it if is even possible, is declining faster that anyone else to boot! Just look at how poorly they handled this. The first rule of irregular ops should be COMMUNICATION.
UA does not get it. They are incompetent. I hate to say this with over 600,000 unused miles in the bank with UA, but they deserve to die. If Darwin was correct at all, UA should just die and never return.
