I flew Sri Lankan business class from CMB to DEL on the A320 and it was EXACTLY like the first class offerings on a US domestic carrier, which was disappointing considering the cost between coach and business. However, depending on where you are going, how long is the trip and what kind of aircraft - it's all personal preference.
