Bingo! If you have an unlimited number of upgrade instruments, always upgrade. Otherwise, I personally don't find it a good use of an upgrade instrument. I usually fly coach on domestic non-PS redeyes since I honestly don't get better sleep in either. Both give me airplane sleep, which is I guess all I can ask for. The food is nothing great, but it's something.
