No, I have never seen it. I'm not aware of an airline with a policy that Y pax are inferior humans upon whom it is acceptable to place a burden that superior F pax shouldn't have to bear, so I don't know why I would even think of seeing it.

I would have asked the FA to try to improve the situation of an unpleasant flight, much as I would have with an obnoxious adult, a drunk, etc.,
