Any paid rate booked over one of Starwood's proprietary web sites is eligible for stay credit and Starpoints. If you get that, you usually get the bonuses that come with promotional offers. But, of course, as BlissWorld so eloquently states, the promotional offer has to be unrestrictive as far as rates are concerned. NES, for example, has specific rates that are necessary to earn the bonus.

However, every now and then, we find a property that doesn't have these flagged correctly, but if it is reported to me, I can have it fixed fairly quickly.
