You need to give us more than just promo #. Which promo is it? Do you have the link to it? It usually says which rates are eligible under Terms and Condition. However, internet prepaid rates are considered DAILY RATE, which is eligible for promotions most of the time, but like I said, you need to look at the T&C to be sure.
