In C, in May, it was a three-course service of smallish salad with roasted pumpkin seeds, a choice of entrees (vodka poached fish with "orzo risotto" and sugar snap peas or stir-fried chicken with noodles and greens), and fruit tartlet. There was a single-course express option of fruit, warm roast beef and cheese sandwich, and the tartlet. These were all on the normal C-class china.
So I wouldn't expect a sandwich on a plastic plate HKG-SIN in F.
