To me Twinks are excessively skinny (looking a la Nicole Richie), usually beyond pale, overly dramatic and about as mature as a 12 year old girl, and usually very, very messy on alcohol. Different from younger men that are lean (a combination of being young and working out/exercising properly to avoid the beefy look-sooo 1990s). I have a younger friend that is into the former for reasons well beyond me. I just look at those types and realize that most of them by age 30 will then be fat messes well on their way to the land of troll.
