Thanks to all for your reponses. We're not a big company, by any means, and I know we have no preferential prcing with UA, AA, or anyone else.

If push comes to shove, I think my best response is to 1) stop flying on nights and weekends, in order to save the company $$. Going forward, I'll fly M-F 9-5 just like the VPs do. 2) I'll stop flying a particular airline once my accumulated mileage reached 24,000 (just under the threshold for a free ticket) and 3) find another job.

100,000+ miles plus 125+ hotel nights per year without any rewards? no way!
