I have searched and I know that these hotels have been discussed to death but...

What i haven't gathered from these threads or the websites is whether the Champers is free flowing or is it one glass only.

I'm talking about club lounges in valley wing, shangri la, mandarin club etc etc.

ps. Which should i stay in? and which website offers the best rates? I need late check-out and shangri la offers two nights with late check out for 1800SGD inc tax. Or 620sgd per night +50% for late check-out.
