Please hang up, and call your Congressman's office.
When I renew my passport, I certainly don't plan on sending in an expedite fee. They will get the regular fee, followed up...if necessary....with a call from my Congressman's office. Comes with free Fed Ex overnight....talk about premium service....right down FT's alley!
Reindeerflame, I'm a little confused by your post, as you mentioned in another thread that you were in the process of getting your passport on April 26th and hoped to have it before a June 16th trip. Yet you're now talking in this thread about how you won't expedite when you renew? Didn't you just apply for a passport or renewal as you mentioned in the thread below? Now you're already planning ahead for 10 years from now and how you'll handle it then? If so, I agree--I would think you won't have to expedite in 10 years. My apologies if I'm not understanding you but it appears from the other thread that you are in the same boat as the rest of us??
