I have NEVER been served a curry by anyone in a turban - and I thought the Vindaloo originated in Goa, again not too many turbans there. In Britain the vast majority of curry is served by people from Bangladesh or Pakistan.

Wasn't sure how this post was to be taken, coming from the culinary heart of the world err Texas.
