Then again, I know the rules better than they do anyway.
Do you have access to their profiles to verify what they say are rules? I recently booked a 1W award and one of my segments involved connecting in one airport twice. The system split the distance at that airport and made me go over the threshold. I told the supervisor that i was looking at the rules on their website and finally after spending an hour they relented.
