AS allows DL silvers preboarding, as a "partner elite" - your AS status means squat with DL. Moreoever, I don't think Delta "I" fares will likely get you extra EQM's on Alaska.
From you have posted, I would advise going for DL status, even lowly Silver (@25% miles) over MVPG with AS (@100% miles).
