JAL's caddie service is available also to first- and business-class award ticket holders.

If you are a JGC member, equiavlant to NH's SuperFlyer Club, you will be allowed to use this service for an additional piece of luggage, for a total of two with each weighing up to 30 kg. You can have one transported from your home to the airport and another the other way around. If you are flying on a discounted Y or award Y ticket, you will have the privilege of using this service for one piece.

I am not sure if SFC offers this benefit.

AMEX Japan also offers free luggage transportation service from airport to your home. I would think this is limited to holders of Japan-issued cards.
