Immigration was fast. My bag from the UA flight took about 40 minutes to come out. (Priority tag was ignored, BTW.) Customs was practically nonexistent; I just rolled right out of baggage claim.

My Mom and aunt, on the other hand, waited more than an hour to get their bags from the Lufthansa flight from MUC. Another friend's bags from a cheapo Blue1 flight took all of ten minutes. Very inconsistent.
