It is not available for free for award tickets but you can use it for a fee.
It works well but if you ask for pick-up the day before departure they will not pick up later than 'between 3 and 7 pm' meaning you need to be ready by 3pm....
If you use JAL caddie service (also available to/from termonal 2) they will pick-up in 2 hours blocks up to 9pm the day before your flight.Also from Narita they will deliver without extra charge the same day in Tokyo if you give your bags up to 4pm (NH,s service requires you to give it by lunchtime for same day delivery)
