Air traffic controllers at Linate airport suffered a lack of communication and had poor control over aircraft movements on the ground. That's now clear according to Swedish television's 'Rapport'. The program reported on the Italian accident investigation's first report of the SAS accident that happened on the 8th of October.

It appears that the SAS pilots were completely blameless.
