Many airlines disclose the seat recline in terms of degrees. For example, Thai Air states that its Premium Economy seats on the long-haul JFK and LAX flights feature a recline of 135 degrees.

But I have only been able to find SIA statements and press accounts which state that the seat recline in its Executive Economy sections to EWR and LAX is "8 inches." That's meaningless to me and, I reckon, other pax who slept through geometry.

My B.S. Detector is telling me that the SIA Executive Economy seats recline to less than the 135 degrees available on Thai P.E., so the SIA P.R. Department is obscuring the fact.

Does anybody know how far, in degrees, the SAI EE seats recline?
