Yes, I'd like to see Delta with this option and agree with RobertS975 that I'd like it on TATL flights. I've flown in SK's Economy Extra many times, with 37" pitch and a bit extra width to standard economy. E+ has 2-3-2 config. as opposed to C's 2-2-2 or E's 2-4-2 (on an Airbus). It's considerably more comfortable than coach, and a less expensive option to full business class which is pricey for a 7-8 hour flight.

SK also offers mileage upgrades from coach to E+ for 10,000 points vs. the 30,000 points necessary to upgrade from coach to C, which is a bargain (and it can be done from any fare class). The biggest problem is that the upgrades are standby only, and have been hard to come by in recent years.
