The SQ SIN-KUL flights come in to the satellite terminal, usually gate C2 (but sometimes C4 and occasionally over on the C22 side). C2 is close to the aerotrain and the SQ lounge upstairs.
KUL immigration can be a nightmare, so I'd be careful about it as the turnaround is so short. In fact I think you will find SQ won't allow you the turnaround as the connection time is too short. You may need to look at cooling your heels at KLIA for a couple of hours (e.g. up on SQ 102 return on SQ 107).
Assuming it's OK, just deplane and walk out into the terminal and then walk back through the xray and BP check (KUL works like SIN with the xray at each gate). Otherwise you may have to find the transfer desk in C terminal for your return BP or just do it at the gate.
SQ doesn't allocate any PPS status for these flight, but there is mileage (about 200), so also check that you will get the sectors counted for VS.
Flight time is 35-40 minutes, and the taxiing, especially in SIN often seems to take longer!
