SK AAR I do not believe it will be possible for you to make that connection if you have to clear Immigration, wait for checked bags, walk through Customs, head up to level 4 check in with LX, clear Immigration, walk to the gate and clear security. Unless you can check your bags through and stay in international transit (checking in with LX at the transit desk, lounge or gate) you would miss your connecting flight.
