My credit union no longer charges a fee for non-system ATMs. I can use pretty much any ATM in the world without a fee except maybe 1% forex conversion, unless the ATM owner charges.

Which if any Canadian financial institutions allow foreign ATM card withdrawals for free, other than the Scotiabank-BofA linkup? The credit union options in Newfoundland seem poor.
