Also, if you bring up a crazy multicity, it will price a normal RT, if you stop in the middle city is less then 4 hours.
Thanks for the info about the multicity - I might be able to use that to my advantage sometime...
the +/- 1 hour thing is nice... but a negative tweak for us is that it doesn't allow you to
not select coterminals. As a Chicago flyer, this means that often it'll price out el-cheapo tickets on WN or CO from MDW even if it's inconvenient as all get-out to get to MDW for me ($90+ cab ride!) and even if you explicitly say ORD instead of CHI or whatever. I had to fight that fight today with a CLE booking. It really really wanted me to take WN MDW-CLE, even though I would have had to leave my place at 3am to make the stinking flight.. plus I probably would have ended up in the 'C' group and with no miles or segs to boot.
