I agree that in certain markets they have expanded too much. Probably thought they would gain more pax than they did as they moved to new cities and expanded flights.

It takes a long time to plan and then get changes in the airline industry. But at least with WN schedule not being open 11 months ahead, they can more easily adjust. I would think they would seek to balance load factors and adjust schedules first.
