This really hits the nail on the head. She asked advice, and then completly ignored it. Her entire "disaster" is self inflicted. I can't wait to see what happens when she flies a second tier carrier like NWA or Delta. I had a flight cancilled the other day, with ONE person working the AA counter. And she complained about only having three! And by the way, AA CLOSED all the customer service centers in Dallas! It is simply a case of unrealistic expectations, and ignoring advice, thinking she was smarter than the rest of us...
I LOVED the part about a "child friendly hotel! I almost fell over laughing. Not only does she want a hotel for a weather misconnect (AA won't provide one for weather) she wants a "child friendly hotel"! These "super parents" are just too much.
Wow, is that really necessary? Perhaps you should read the thread all over again. I never ignored any advice. Before our trip I must have called CO dozens of times to ask for advice, to double check on the bassinettes, the short layover time. I also asked my best friend who was a CO FA. I Took ALL the advice I could get, and took it to heart. It was CO who told me over and over again 1 min 15 should be fine, it was CO (phone employees) who were so confused they kept telling me differently on the bassinett positions. Now what advice exactly did I not take to heart? The 50% of people who said in al olders thread of mine that 1.15 was cutting it short? Fine, but a choice had to be made right? Is it my fault our experience was the way it was? No. We couldn't have prepared better.
As far as child friendly hotel... give me a break. What's wrong about me saying that? There are hotels that do not have cribs you know, and a nasty $20 a night hotel cannot be good for my kid or ourselves now can it?

Agreed, but the content of what is allowed should reflect that then. Half of the content of the threads under CO OnePass doesn't even have anything to do with CO OP. Really that big a deal I posted here?:
