Is there any risk to this? I'm slightly worried that either a) someone will realize this and cancel one of my itins completely or at least the duplicate leg, b) when I cancel one of the itins myself the system will get confused and cancel the duplicate leg for both reservations.

This is on LH metal, by the way.
Why did you book this in the first place?

Anyway, when you cancel one of these flights..... only cancel by the confirmation number, do NOT have the CSA just go by flights/dates
