Why no miles refund when ticket goes from 37,500 to 25,000?
I don't get it. If a ticket price goes down, USAir will give a refund for the price difference. Why isn't it the same for reward tickets? I booked a rewards flight that required 37,500 at the time it was booked. Same itinerary is now only 25,000. How do I get the 12,500 refunded?
