If the miles from your past Continental flights have not posted in a reasonable period of time, please let us know by sending us your ticket and flight numbers via the "Missing Mileage Request" form on
www.continental.com. We apologize for any delays. Sometimes the computer gremlins cause problems. The Missing Mileage requests are worked manually by agents here at the OnePass Service Center. For any Partner missing mileage credits that did not post, please mail your Boarding Passes and Ticket Receipts to us and we will post your missing miles as soon as possible.
