It depends -

Building 4 has no internet access, which is a dealkiller for me.

The Mountainview rooms on the non-parking-lot facing side of Building 2 have a partial oceanview. Our room, 2531, was around the corner from the exec lounge and had a very nice combo of Mountain/Ocean (view, not front) and we didn't have to deal with the noise from the pool. We did have to deal with the roosters in the grass field outside the window, but, hey, you do what you gotta.

If you're going to stay in building 2, definitely stay on the Mountainview side, and in the 21+ numbered side of rooms. the 19 and under ones are parking lot view with no ocean at all. The other side is pool view.

If you're dying for oceanfront, though, the only real ones I can see in building 4 that will give you that are the 13's and 14's. The others will just be the same as the other buildings, with just closer access. Odd-numbered will be mountain/field/partial oceanview, even will be pool/ocean.
