I miss the old website for many reasons....not the least of which was that we had an option to "apply mileage upgrades" online. If no mileage upgrades were available, you could choose a different flight! This nonsense of having to call in and have an agent manually check upgrade availability is b.s., especially when the answer is usually "there are no upgrade seats available for this flight" or "first class is sold out" even when the F cabin is wide open. Talk about backwards technology!
