VA IMHO is a better product than BA and especially with seat allocation. BA must be loosing many customers to the likes of Virgin and others.

I recently tried to purchase 8 CW tickets to Cape Town . Seats couldnt be allocated together so I will fly with another carrier more than likely Virgin.
