As noted above, I've not stayed at the Shelton Courtyard but have presented several programs there over the years. Its a converted Ramada and looks it. The meeting rooms are well below standard and the staff is not particularly helpful. I can't imagine this approach doesn't flow over into the hotel guest arena.
