Update...

I contact Starwood Directly about 10 days ago and got a case number.
The Hotel then contacted me the following day to apologise and ask for supporting documentation.
I sent the documents the following day and have not had any reply since then. That has been 8 day now.
I sent a follow up email to the hotel yesterday and nothing.
How lond should I wait before contacting Starwood again?
