I like the Monaco, although it's a bit "funky" but not too edgy. (Also, if you are unfortunate enough to check-in late at night with a bunch of people, it can be one of the slower places to get checked in.) The Westin River North, Renaissance, Hard Rock Hotel, and Hyatt Regency all work too.
