Although I personally think that BA procrastinate far too much, they faff around like an old lady in the Post Office!!!
Well in my view we should believe it.
AND
VA IMHO is a better product than BA and especially with seat allocation. BA must be loosing many customers to the likes of Virgin and others.
I recently tried to purchase 8 CW tickets to Cape Town . Seats couldnt be allocated together so I will fly with another carrier more than likely Virgin.
