BTW last week in the arrival section of terminal 2, SEN were allowed to queue at the priority lane for missing luggage....at least it was indicated like this. Don't know about Terminal 1, as I was arriving via midfield dock and the mandatory underground train ride to the baggage belt 23. However, as all my luggage arrived as expected, I was not required to test this feature
