my advice:
go to the usa, open a rental mail box, open a bank account, get a credit-debit card from that bank. then you don't have to worry about bills to pay, just making deposits.

i go to my bmo to apply for the mosaik us$ credit card. you're saying that i can have a us address on that credit card (say, a receiving address, a rental mailbox, etc) while bills are mailed back home to me in yyc?
