But if I want to use the FCT, I would have to "visit" Germany so I would have to pretend like Frankfurt was my destination and go through arrivals custom/immigration to exit the airport and get to the FCT. Then at the FCT, I could "leave" Germany through the terminal's own custom/immigration/security. Is that right?
