Hi,

I am traveling regulary ARN-SJC, sometimes via ORD and sometimes via SEA in business class (mostly D).

When I travel via ORD I find, that the miles that I get credited for ORD-SJC are always the miles earned in ECCO and not Business/First as it should be according to their Webpages. Regardless if I fly in the 1st cabin or Ecco Plus.

When asking about that I was told that
"Now the problem is cleard. It seems as though there has been a compatibility
problem between UA´s and our computers. Your corrected account will be
visible in Your next statement."

The EuroBonus team did it very fast, so compliment to that, but it is annoying that after every UA flight I have to write them about this.

So if you travel UA and wait for credit on SAS EuroBonus better check your statemen.
