Unless it's been renovated in the last 10 years (which I sincerely doubt), the Bourbon Orleans is a tired, old, rundown property.
It recently went through a $13 million renovation and is now a Wyndham property. I have walked past both during and after the renovation and it looks very nice. Also very conveniently located across the street from the home of Big Al Carlson, The Funky Pirate. I will be staying there this weekend and will report back.
