Sadly not such an issue if it becomes an outsourced bucket and spade hub in the mould of AMR/BA Connect.

Seems to me the simplest issues would be to re-instate the LGW-LHR helicopter shuttle..the extra LGW runway and slot capacity, but the flexibility for business travellers.
