Another tax issue.
Situation:
* I have two seperate tickets which are not involving LCC. (eg. FRA-BKK LH and BKK-SIN SQ)
* I have paid both BKK departure tax.
* Got boarding passes for both segment at FRA.

Question
1, Can I get refund of 700 THB if I fly from BKK within 24 hours AND not entering Thailand?
2, If yes, where?
