Insane is just a euphemism. When you transit LHR/LGW on your way to/from the continent with the same standard, regulation-sized rollon you've been using for the past 4 years and you are subjected periodically to the sizer whose corners have been every so cleverly (another euphemism) rounded so as to prevent (just by wee bit, mind you) the proper fitting of the standard rollon due to the wheels...and when you need to invoke not only the supervisor, but also the manager...and when this happens within 3 calendar days at the same airport with the same, undertrained staff member, then I politely call that insane.
