Very unpleasant experience at this property on Jun 2...

Booked a 1-night BonusBucks stay arriving on Fri night (Jun 1). Checked-in after 3am (Jun 2) and requested $100 bonusbucks cert. Night manager refused stating that the reservation must have been reserved and paid with a VISA (in my case it was reserved with AMEX and paid with VISA) and there was a minimum 2-night weekend stay required. Night manager did not offer Platinum amenity selection. Was told that breakfast is not available for Platinums (CL closed on weekends). No upgrade (i.e. no mouth wash in the room; after all, isn't that all the difference at Marriott properties located in-the-middle-of-nowhere?>)

Upon check-out, spoke to front-desk agent. Asked again for Platinum amenity. Agent was surprised I was not provided at check-in. Requested 500 miles (no time to wait for anything else). Same story regarding $100 bonusbucks, i.e. they deemed my stay as non-eligible for BonusBucks.

When I booked the 1-night Fri-arrival stay, it clearly stated this was a BonusBucks rate ($119/night).

The rough-and-fine print on the Marriot web site regarding the BonusBucks promotion states (no requirement for 2-night stay!! breakfast included!!)

Accepting FT advice for follow-up action.
