In general, these are the two LH operated IAD-FRA flights. LH 417 is an A340 that leaves early in the afternoon at 4:20, arriving into FRA at 6:00 AM. LH 419 is a 747 that leaves later at around 6:00PM, arriving into FRA at around 7:30. So in terms of timing/aircraft, which F provides a better service in your opinion?

Specifically, when I plan on flying, I am connecting on to GVA leaving at 9:15. If I take the early flight, I will have a 3 hour connection which may give me enough time to go to the FCT. If not, I can always relax in one of the F lounges, which would make up for lost sleep in board due to the earlier departure so I would be less tired, but also allow me to eat breakfast if I overslept the last portion of the flight. LH 419 would arrive later and I still might be able to use the F lounge but less likely. Since so much of LH's great F prodcut lies in their ground services at FRA, which flight do you suggest to take? Thanks for the help and advice
