Called again later and was told reward reservations would not be honored. Told I could have Docklands, not what I wanted after a year of planning our trip. I finally got ahold of someone who managed to get an award reservation for 2 adults/1 child at the Park Lane. I was told to call back tomorrow when the revenue managers at the London hotels would be in and they would know more about what they are going to do with all the folks who need to be relocated. I am relieved that at least I can get the Park Lane (although likely a tiny room for the 3 of us) but it is very disappointing to lose your reservation (only finding out by accident by reading Flyertalk) after a full year and just be told "sorry".

If anyone else is out there (I know Jamieto Cartero is) in the same predicament please let me know what hhonors is doing to relocate you.

Thanks for everyone on this board. I'm pretty sure I was only able to get my Park Lane ressie by virtue of getting a jump on things courtesy of FT. If i waited for Hilton to contact me they'd probably have stuck me out by the airport.
